In case of Distributors, you agree that by accessing this website, you hereby understand that, you will have access to confidential personal information of clients/investors of EAML who have invested through you in your capacity as a Distributor. You hereby confirm that you will not disseminate / use the personal information of the client in any manner that is detrimental to the clients except as agreed with EAML in your capacity as a Distributor. You also understand that, access to the website is given for your convenience only and for ease of transaction for the clients and cannot be construed as final unless the transactions are approved/concluded by clients, directly. Further, you agree to comply with the requirements of the applicable Regulations and the provisions of the Empanelment Documents executed with EAML.
